Meet our Vice President - Paul Fox
Originally from Ireland, Paul has extensive experience in the financial services industry and is currently the President and CEO of Skylight Financial Group, a financial planning firm based in Cleveland, Columbus, Brecksville, Toledo and Dayton. Paul’s drive and determination has led to the significant growth of this multiple award-winning firm, whose honors recognize such areas as production, retention and development of new planners. The firm has also been awarded Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer for four consecutive years.
Under his leadership, Skylight Financial Group has a long track record of being an integral leader in the community and supports a wide variety of non-profit organizations, principally in the areas of arts and culture, sports, business, special needs and LGBT.
Paul sits on the board of directors for MOCA (Cleveland’s Museum of Contemporary Art), as well as the Lutheran Hospital.

Meet our Board Member - Dr. Donald Malone, MD
Dr. Donald A. Malone, Jr., MD, is currently a Staff Psychiatrist at Cleveland Clinic. He also performs duties as Section Head of Adult Primary Psychiatric Services and Director of the Psychiatric Neuromodulation Center.
Dr. Malone graduated with his MD degree from Northeastern Ohio University’s College of Medicine in 1985. There he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. Following his medical school training, he did one year of internship in internal medicine followed by a psychiatric residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was Chief Resident of the acute psychiatry service at Massachusetts General during his final year. Since 1989, he has been at Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Malone has been very active in research, education and various local and national committees. He has held positions in the Ohio Psychiatric Association, American Psychiatric Association, the Association for Convulsive Therapy, and American College of Psychiatrists. He is Past-President and on the Board of Directors of the Association for Convulsive Therapy.
Meet our Board Member - Dr. Walter Cha, MD
Dr. Walter Cha is currently a general surgeon at Cleveland Clinic. His specialty interests include advanced laparoscopic surgery, bariatric surgery, gastrointestinal surgery and hernia repair. He received his medical degree from Hahnemann University, Philadelphia. He completed a general surgical residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia and a research fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Allegheny University of the Health Sciences, Philadelphia. Dr. Cha is the former Director of the Weight Loss Surgery Program at Metro Health System. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. His professional memberships include the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract.

Meet our Board Member - Graham Veysey
Graham Veysey is an entrepreneur and Emmy Award winning video producer. He is the Principal and Creative Director of North Water Partners - a media production firm and operates the Ohio City Firehouse and worked to develop Hingetown, part of the Ohio City neighborhood. He was part of the group that started the Ohio City Farm - one of the largest urban farms in the U.S. Veysey is a double-digit marathon runner and mountain climber having summited two of the seven highest summits in the world. Graham also consults for the Aspen Institute and serves on the boards of The Refugee Response and Cleveland Public Theatre.

Meet our Board Member - Justin Carson
Justin Carson is Partner at Platform Beer Co and Founder of JC Beer Tech, a draft line installation and cleaning business founded in 2000. JC Beer Tech has over 50 employees and operates in seven states. Justin is currently redeveloping multiple buildings on Lorain Avenue in a long neglected area of Ohio City, (SoLo) South Lorain. He is also opening an innovative brewery in November 2015. The new brewery, Gypsy, to be housed in one of the largest pre-prohibition brewery buildings, will be a brew share facility enabling breweries across the country to share space and brew in a large facility.
Justin was a leading contributor and organizer of the Zagster Cleveland bike share program which places Cleveland on the map as the first major city in the US to have a privately funded bike share scheme. Carson is passionate about Cleveland’s history and future. He expresses this passion through his voluntary mentoring of small businesses and facilitating growth of urban population in a sustainable way. Justin gives new and seasoned entrepreneurs the tools and support they need to take that next step to grow and expand their business. He also advocates for neighborhood improvements such as trash and recycling containers on the streets. He is actively involved in community block clubs, patronizes local business and avidly cheers Cleveland sports.
